2)b) Licensee does not have record of completing the Medication Management training offered by the Department in the DCYF training portal. 3)a)i) Prescription medication was not accompanied with the medication authorization with the medical need and possible side effects of the medication. 3)a)ii)A) Non-prescription medication was not labeled with the child's first and last name or accompanied with the medication authorization stating the expiration date, medical need, dosage amount, age, and length of time to give the medication. 3)c)i) There were diapering creams and ointments in a low cabinet in the bathroom with a push-type latch that was fairly easy to open and may be accessed by children.
